Industry Fact File 15 Years Experience Expertise: Spa Management Training and System Optimisation Chanelle joined the HART team in March 2026 as Operations Manager and is transforming the way we provide support and training to our partner properties Operations Manager Chanelle brings a wealth of hospitality experience, with a strong background in spa operations, systems, and team development. She started her journey at Stoke by Nayland Hotel, working her way up to Spa Manager and becoming part of the senior management team, helping shape the spa’s strategy. During this time, she worked closely with the HART system, using it to support day-to-day operations, reporting, and improving how teams worked across the business. She later joined Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa, where she moved into the role of Systems and Process Manager, focusing on improving operational systems and helping teams work more efficiently. Chanelle is particularly passionate about training and supporting people, making sure teams feel confident using the tools and processes that help their businesses run smoothly. With a natural ability to connect strategy with day-to-day operations, Chanelle enjoys helping businesses get the most out of their systems while supporting the people who use them every day.
