The Falcon Hotel features 21 comfortable guest rooms, each with its own unique character and style. The rooms are located in the main building and in separate cottages on the hotel grounds. Some rooms offer views of the surrounding countryside and the hotel’s gardens. The hotel also features an award-winning restaurant and bar, which serves a variety of dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from the Castle Ashby Estate.
