South Lodge’s Story

South Lodge features 89 luxurious bedrooms, including 14 suites, a spa with treatment rooms, an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, and a gym. The hotel also has extensive grounds, including a walled garden, a lake, and a woodland walk.

The hotel has several restaurants and bars, including the Camellia, which serves seasonal British cuisine using locally sourced ingredients, and the Pass, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant.

In addition to being a popular destination for leisure travellers, South Lodge is also a popular venue for weddings and corporate events. The hotel has several function rooms, including a ballroom that can accommodate up to 150 guests, as well as smaller meeting rooms and a business centre.

The location of South Lodge is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside, including the South Downs National Park and the historic town of Horsham. The hotel is easily accessible from London, Brighton, and Gatwick Airport, all of which are less than an hour’s drive away.
