Fanham Hall’s Story

The hotel is set in 27 acres of stunning gardens and parkland and offers a range of facilities for both business and leisure guests. The Japanese gardens are also complete with a tea house, a wisteria walk, natural woodland and formal gardens for guests to relax in.

The history of Fanhams Hall can be traced back to the 14th century when the original manor house was built.

Over the centuries, the house has been owned by a number of prominent families, and in the early 20th century, it was extensively renovated. Today, the hotel retains many of its original features, including oak panelling, open fireplaces, and stained glass windows.

Fanhams Hall has extensive conference and meeting facilities, with a range of function rooms available to suit different needs and group sizes.

The hotel is also a popular wedding venue, with a dedicated team on hand to help plan and organise the perfect day.

Guests at Fanhams Hall can also enjoy a range of leisure facilities, including a gym, tennis courts, and a croquet lawn.
